Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order was placed more than 24 hours, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. Use it to track your delivery status on the carrier's website.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 1-5 working days for processing. Shipping takes 7-20 days worldwide depending on location. Rush processing available for an added fee.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you have physical stores?

We are an online-only store at the moment. However, we will try to provide our virtual fitting room in the future helps you try before you buy!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay,Shopify Paymnet.Transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

You have 30 days to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Simply contact us to get started!

My order arrived damaged - what should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Do you have U.S. After-Sales service center?

Sorry, we don't have a sales-after service center in the U.S. at the moment, but we have returned office there for the return order collected. We will provide the consignee after the order is returned to processing.

Quality or Other Issues

I have a food allergy - are your fabrics hypoallergenic?

We take allergies very seriously and offer many hypoallergenic fabrics like cotton, modal and tencel. Please contact us if you need guidance.

Do you offer customization or made-to-measure services?

We currently do not offer customization. Sizing and fit advice is available over chat to help you find the perfect match!

We find some fashion clothes on Chinese Taobao but don't know how to ship with orders from your shop, can I get this service?

Yes, please contact us if you have other orders on Chinese Taobao, we will try to help you to ship goods together with added reasonable cost.
