How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@charlotte-dress.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@charlotte-dress.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you did not receive the goods or received damaged goods, we can provide a free replenishment service! In addition, we do not provide any replenishment and replacement services, such as don't like, don't want, bad effect and so on.

• The return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer, and the customer will need to arrange to ship it back to the warehouse.

• If the initial order amount becomes less than $69 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of $6.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If it is not due to quality problems, the product picture, tag, and complete package should be provided before returning the product, so as to ensure that we can sell the product again. If you have quality problems, please provide evidence and a detailed description of quality problems.

• If it is not a quality problem, the postage shall be borne by the customer. The restocking fee shall be 10% of the order amount as the additional labor cost generated by the product delivery logistics.
