Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@charlotte-dress.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you did not receive the goods or received damaged goods, we can provide a free replenishment service! In addition, we do not provide any replenishment and replacement services, such as don't like, don't want, bad effect and so on.

The return shipping fee will need to be paid by the customer, and the customer will need to arrange to ship it back to the warehouse.
